If you initiate any legal action or arbitration against Restaurant Network Services, you will be responsible for your own legal fees unless the action is successful under applicable law. If we initiate legal action or arbitration, we will be responsible for our legal fees.
Jurisdiction:
Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, you agree that Restaurant Network Services may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights, and confidential information, or to address any material breach of these Terms and Conditions. This provision does not waive the arbitration agreement for any other disputes.
12. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Restaurant Network Services regarding the use of our website and services.
